Seen tour in UK and managed to get Slane tickets! Slane was a different buzz to arenas - totally awesome. I've seen 80,000 crowds b4 and Slane was more like 100,000+Crowd was young (not like me) but they were crazy for U2.When the lights go on during Streets the sight/feeling/excitement can't be described - everyone screaming with arms in the air - all the way to the top of the hill.Bono got pretty emotional during One.Saw **Loads** of people with videos, MDs so there's gonna be ***stacks*** of bootlegs. Sort of Homecoming was great.

I was there in person!Cant fit words around the experience..Bawled my eyes out at the dedication of 'One', along with everyone else present. If you can get tickets to the one on the 1st September, sell your granny if you have to!

Just spent along time at the other place (sorry doll face Matt)and read all the stuff from fans that were there at Slane...cried my eyes out too damn it...I'd sell everything I own if I could swing it and fly to Ireland but I get lost leaving my stupid yard..(I need a keeper)God all the wonderful stories..I know we've heard the praise before about them but it really got to me...I hope my baby Bono is not going to collapse from it all..He's got to be fried by now with everything he's been through...he's running on adrenaline alone..there is an absolute darling story by Jackie Hayden from Hot Press that is hysterical go read it girls and boys...and the Niall Stokes from Hot Press one too...just solid to our U2 dolls..love the articles...sniveling from it all.....meow

I was there also- the most amazing experience and atmosphere I have experienced or may ever experience! Met so many U2 fans from all over the world- it was so great to say the dedication of some people...Wish I could go back this weekend and do it all again, but it took me 5 months to get a ticket for saturday so I doubt I'd be that lucky again..
