Fanny this was the belly dancer on the 10th show...she was pretty darn good and the boys got a real kick out of her talents and she was sweet and pretty...*kitty's green meanie starting to rear up ugly and nasty* ....ok ok what ever makes my man happy makes me happy!!!!!....*ok my girls know that took alot for me to say and be nice at the same time*....grrRRRWWWAAARRRR......

ok, of all the belly dancers i have seen at u2 concerts including the one that Edge married from the Zoo TV tour, that woman was incredible and far and away the best...bono said her name was Iris. If you have MORE pictures of her doing her dance for Bono, PUT THEM UP!!!! I think he said "Lord help me." the thing was..she started that dance out of no where...and the timing was perfect..first it was her slow dancing with bono, then the steps they took one foot in squarely in front of the next...then out of the blue, as if on command, she started those hips. JESUS, HELP ME!!

Iris? I thought he said her name was Paris. Oh well, I don't know the gal. Sorry that's the only pic of her/the two of them I have. She totally took over, she rocked.

FIND me more pictures of her. FIND out who she is. I wanted her on the spot1!!! lol. im serious. compared to the edge's wife...the belly dancer he married from the zoo tv tour...NO comparison. ZILCH. and edge's wife was a PROFESSIONAL belly dancer!! one thing...get "Paris Hilton" off yoru brain if you think her name was paris. Bono was pretty clear: her name was Iris.

First, I would like to thank EatCrayons (for posting this picture up) Soulcatgirl, Guntach Baby, Oan, crookedcrosses( Re: your coment, I thought he said "Doctor, Help Me"...but who knows I keep rewind the 21 second video that I have that was sent to me this morning...I am in shock!), Kinnon and U2 Fan for your compliments. Believe it or not you are a big part of this great energy I feel inside.While I was hugging BONO I was calm and felt save knowing that my search for that moment finally over. I was nervous after I hugged him, the nerves started to crawl up on me when he grabbed me by the hand and we started to walk the ramp and he started to do that silly "high stepping walk".I started to imitate him at the same time. I was in deep thought thinking to my self: I know why he is doing this, it has meaning. He said once: "I had climbed the highest mountains, I have run through the fields"...and at the end I found what I was looking for ...just "Stuck In A Moment" with BONO. Then he let go my hand, and for a second I thought what the heck do I now? ... So I started to belly danced my ass off inspired in an old friend of mine from Lebanon mixed with some Puertorrican moves, House and of course The Edge too!I was so into it, I didn't hear the crowd.I did not have time to cry after the fact.He asked for my name. I said "Iris"He put his hand on his forehead and sighs... I could tell he was surprised, but I don't think he had heard me say my name the first time, or he wasn't sure about my name so he asked me again after I was sitting down next to Larry. When I sat down behind Larry, he looked at me while he was still playing the drums.I could see the pavilion was packed, I smiled; mesmerized of my gypsy heart I was dreaming at loud ...what an Acrobat!To ALL of you, thank you it was the happiest day of my life, you are my HEARTLAND!Iris:O)Bono told me he'll be right back for me. So he came back after he sang and looked at The Edge and said:' "She is so beautiful"! That really touches my heart.Now if I ever have a heartbreak in the future, it would not matter becauseBono said I am beautiful! ...that moment will always put a smile on my face. I wish he could hire me so I could belly dance "Mysterious Ways" more often in every tour ;0) LOL

Wow, wow, wow Iris! I've been in this totally emotional state, and have U2 playing every waking moment since the show but I just have to say reading your expierence with Bono that we all saw was amazing! *tears* You have no idea how jealous, but happy I was for you in that moment! That's is something you'll totally hold on to forever.ROCK ON! I'm sorry I don't have more pictures of you two together.

Oh, no Iris no more bellydancers for Edge. We all know what happened to the last one, and we all here cant stand another...... but for the story and your experience its sooo beautiful. Keep it for ever...lucky lucky girl!!!!!!!!!

Iris...this was such a beautiful story..your'e telling about every U2 fans biggest dream, and for you it got true.I am REALLY happy for you hun, because if I had been on that stage with the most incredible guys in the world, I would have felt the same as you did.and I just get this good feeling inside when you are telling this story.so thank you, thank you!love from fanny with a tear drop in her eye...=)

Well Iris I already clapped for you once but here we go again *kitting clapping ok now I'm standing on my chair* Bravo Bravo to you girl that has to be a marvelous feeling ... the look on your face was so pretty I could see you very clear and yes you looked radiant....and yes Larry was definately eyeing you ...as was Adam and it took Edge a few minutes cause he was playing the heck out of his guitar...Bono kept looking at him trying to get his attention to look at you....But girl believe me you had every ones attention when it was all said and done....It was very sweet and sexy and charming and it entertained us all.... *kitty so jealous* When you were walking out on the cat walk and stopped he said something to you and I thought you had something very very funny to him because he sort of slouched forword laughing just before he backed up from you and you let it rip......believe me he was like "WHOOHOO" I was looking at his expression .... When he said you were beautiful it was so sweet and true ....we were all there with ya girl (except for the part where we actually got to feel his body!!hihi) ...what a night and I'm sure you'll cherish it always...*kitty's applause echoing in her meow*...

Iris, it was awesome to see you up there on the stage with Bono. My friends and I were cheering you on. Definitely was a high light of the show. Who knows...maybe Bono and the gang will hire you to dance to Mysterious Ways on the tour.

Iris....I think he may have asked your name twice because as you know that was his mothers name. Your name isn't too common,so maybe it amazed him to hear his mom's name. I went to the show the previous day and it was great,but from the sounds of it you were and added treat. Lucky girl!!
