oh my God.....I could stare this man for hours.....sweet sweet sweet!......I regret that when I met him in Rome he was so pissed off and tired....sigh.....but I remember his sweet smile when he gave me his hand.....that's enough! :-))).......LIFE IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!!

you know Ing when I met him my breath stopped for a while...I was trembling all the time!..I didn't know what to do or what to say....but when I said hi he just stopped and he smiled and gave me his hand...I will never,never,never forget his eyes...soooooo sweet!!!!!!

Oh Oct I can surely confirm that he's a real gentleman...that day there was a young girl with me,about 16, (Ing was that you?,,hihihi....)....btw when he stood up from the bar table she just ran after him..(so I did too!)...and I can remember that he put his arm on her shoulder listening to what she was saying...Ali was just to his side,smiling, and she took a pic of B and this girl with her camera...it seemed to be in a show,like "Lucia in Wonderland!"....hihihi..I just stood behind them - I was paralysed - admiring this incredible scene...unforgettable! :-))

ouchh..Ing..this is the incredible part of the story...she was there for U2 but above all for Micheal Stype (REM??) coz she heard that he was in Milan and thought he had followed the band in Rome...so she just asked B if Micheal was with them....silly girl!...I remember B's face..like...hey lady what you talking about?..but she took a pic as well with him..at that moment I wanted to die coz he probably thought she was with me...and she wasn't!I just met her inside the bar....gggrrrr

OK Lucia, you need to make a shirt that has something to do with your close encounter in Rome!! It might jog his memory. And it is Michael Stipe. I love REM,but move over michael,and give me Bono any day!!!! I was watching a sneak peak of the Vertigo DVD and I got that same amazing feeling that I got when I was there. I ordered the Deluxe version from Amazon, and I could kick myself,since I could have gone to BEST BUY,an electronic store that also sells cd's and other stuff and I would have already had it in my hot hand. From what i saw on the sneak peak on VH1 I think I 'm in love agian with this amazing Band!!! So cute when he mentions his birthday and then says "Happy Birthday JOJO!" Too darn cute for words. Lucia I love your story about your close encounter in Rome with him ,almost more than the ones of people going up on stage. Maybe because,it was in a regular setting and he still was a Cool cat!! I remember when you told the story a while back and you mentioned his girls were there also, how did they seem to be with the attention that he was getting. I'm sure they are use to it,but you got to see it up close!! This is why am sooooooo hoping that you get up close to him at the concert,because I know you will make the best of it!!!

oh yeah, I ordered them friday.. it's gonnna be the one where he looks straight at ya from these series(where ??? has commented) and the band pic I decided to do a long while ago ^^ but it's weird, I got an email for confirmation, that said I'd get another mail when the order is ready.. got that one.. and then it said it'll take 2-3 days for your posters to be in the store you selected... but now I'm wondering, do I get a mail when they arrive?

So you just sent them a photo and they printed it out on poster format?

you send them pictures, then choose the size 30x40 cm(3.95€) or 50x75(7,95€) and they make it for you, you can choose to pick them up at the nearest kruidvat store or get them sent to your house... I didn't dare to take the 50x75, not sure it'll fit in my room.. and not sure I'd survive a super large bono staring straight at me every day when I wake up.. I wouldn't get out of my bed anymroe!
