Hi Tanja, i will be in GE from Saturday and wonder what is the best way to come to the Arena from the Hauptbahnhof? I think my hotel is around the main station. Maybe i take a look on Saturday evening how many people are already around :)

no problem, just enter the tram 302 (coming from bochum I think) on the main station (downstairs) and drive straight to the arena. it will last about 15-20 minutes.what you will do on saturday is to join the elevated cover-concert in ge-buer ;) just drive with the 302 to its end, ge-buer-busbahnhof (20-25 minutes from main station) and ask for the 466 musix (formerly known as "fuck", no joke). its about 3 minutes to walk. :)

Fanny, I have to admit I even have that during the show! Last time I stood there and couldn't believe that it's actually true, that it's U2 right in front of my nose playing! It took me until "In A Little While", and then I realized it and was so moved... it was a great moment.

when i realize that they are in front o my I'm probably gonna cry, you see when my mom showed me the tickets I started to cry like a baby. hehe=)I can say that getting tickets was a real war for me!! I was so sad and didn't manage to do anything in a right way. cried for hours and hours every night when I got to bed.It was just horrible! I didn't think that I was going to get happy again! until that day I saw a site on the internet with people selling tickets to the concerts! oh my, I got up in the sky at that moment!! then the first time we called a guy not living in the same town as I do, and we haven't heard a thing from him since that call. We decided to try a second time, and then someone in the same town as I live in were selling tickets! we met that guy and got the tickets the day after we called him!as you can see it's been quite dramatic, but it ended very good!! so now I'm happy as I can be and things go very well at everything! and besides of that U2 are going to London this summer the same date I'm going there!(as I have said like a thousands of times before!)so I'm in the sky!love you all!!BIG hugs from fanny...!!=)

Fanny, that sounds really exciting! I know it's always a lot of stress until everything is planned and ready, but believe me, it's definitely worth it! So will you go to see the London shows, too? If you'll be there anyway, you should try to. I bet you'd be able to get tickets at the venue.Soulie, I'm going there by car (a fellow U2 friend gives me a lift and afterwards takes Matt and me back to my place). It's going to be great to see all the people I haven't met for four years! Well, honestly, with some I wouldn't be unhappy if I didn't saw them, but some I really look forward to seeing them again. :-)

I'm a little late for the Vertigo tour with U2, but the Live 8 concert are at the same day I'm in town so if I manage I'm going=) yeah it's worth it! and it's better feeling that you have fought a little bit than just got them by sitting on your back=)hugs...
