That's P.J. Harvey...she was actually pretty good...she sounds kind of like Chrissy Hinde of Pretenders....she opened for the first leg of the shows I went to....this photo is sort of weird...she's on the cover of Spin with Bono and Moby...*runs to go get it*...it was the end of the year issue and she does look better on the magazine....grrrr
