It says "Hope House Orphanage, Zambia Africa" looked like brochures for the orphanage. There was a fan by the catwalk that had a whole bunch of these flyers in their hand. Bono walked by and saw them and took them all. He spread them like a deck of cards, then gave them back to the fan.
