I wouldn't have thought of that on my own, but I suppose you're right. It's Basque. Strange language somehow. I heard it is (together with Finnish) the only European language which isn't related to any other language.

Yes it is basque, they are the human rights in Basque, it is a really antique langague, and it dates from times before romans invasion.
