That is the Latin culture!! Men can't take stuff like that there,but they do all kinds of cat calls and stuff. My brother is like that and lives in Panama. Cheated on his wife with a hooker and she took him back!!! Yuck!! Anyway I hope the guy was kidding,but it doesn't surprise me!!!
