Today, U2 performed in Tampa, their sole Florida concert for 2009. During the show, the Space Chat segment returned after not being done since late July, as the band participated in One Drop's event Moving Stars and Earth for Water. The event is the idea of Guy Laliberté of Cirque du Soleil, who is currently visiting the International Space Station as a "space tourist". During the European leg of the 360° Tour, Bono dedicated In A Little While to Laliberté, and on the second leg, performances of Your Blue Room has been augmented by contributions from the space station's astronauts. Neither, however, were played today. Instead, Bono spoke to Laliberté between Magnificent and Elevation; it was shown with a slight delay on One Drop's Internet broadcast, followed by a performance of Elevation with footage that was not taken from Tampa (some was sourced from a U2.com Charlottesville video).

The setlist was identical to that played in Atlanta. It is the third time this tour that U2 have played the same setlist at two consecutive shows. The full set accordingly was:
