U2.com has announced that U2's concert in Seville will be postponed to Thursday, 30 September 2010. The show was originally scheduled for the 29th of September.

The concert is being postponed due to a general strike planned for the 29th. This strike would make it impractical, if not impossible, to hold the show on the originally scheduled date.

All tickets for the original date will be honoured at the new date. Fans who cannot attend the new date must return their tickets to the point of purchase by the 10th of September.
