Today, U2 performed in Coimbra. This was the first time they have played a city in Portugal outside of Lisbon since 1982, when they played their first Portuguese show in Vilar De Mouros on 3 August 1982. There was a soundcheck this afternoon; songs played were City Of Blinding Lights, Vertigo, Moment Of Surrender, Elevation, Until The End Of The World, Where The Streets Have No Name, Beautiful Day, and Desire.

The setlist was very similar to that played two nights ago in Seville. There were two major differences: I Will Follow and Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me both returned to the set. They were last performed two shows ago in San Sebastian on 26 September.
