Comments: U2's longtime tour manager Dennis Sheehan passed away after the previous night's concert. The tour debut of 40, this concert, and the whole tour were dedicated to his memory; Bono spoke extensively about Sheehan before both Iris and 40. Bad's performance was spontaneous; no song was listed on the printed setlist between Beautiful Day and With Or Without You. Bono sung the melody of Also Sprach Zarathustra as Edge's piano rose onto stage for Every Breaking Wave.
