Comments: When Love Comes To Town was on the printed setlist but replaced by Elevation. At the end of City of Blinding Lights, Bono spotted a Quebec flag and tried singing Gens Du Pays. The Montreal crowd eagerly took over and sang the chorus. 40 was dedicated to the six victims of a fatal balcony collapse in Berkeley and their grieving Irish relatives.
